Coming in 2019 — Crisis Communication: Managing Stakeholder Relationships from Routledge, this book provides an essential background for practitioners and academics in crisis communication bridging the gaps between practice, theory, and research in order to build more successful stakeholder-centered strategy to mitigate risks and respond to crises.
